A statewide Amber Alert issued around 7:30, Thursday morning has been cancelled. The baby, who was allegedly abducted by his father in Memphis, TN, has been safely located. The father has been arrested.
The T.B.I. says that Adrian Delk Sr. assaulted the child's mother stabbing her multiple times in Shelby County. Delk Sr. transported the mother by private vehicle to a hospital in Memphis then fled with the baby.
The subject has a history of domestic violence.
