A 23-year old Steelson Court man seriously injured in a single vehicle crash on Osborne Lane. Murfreesboro Police spokesman Sgt. Kyle Evans says officers responded to the crash around 1:55am Sunday morning (July 17th) near where Caraway Drive intersects Osborne.

Evans reports after a preliminary investigation, they believe Matthew Neal was driving a white 2008 Infinity, failing to negotiate a curve and left the roadway. The vehicle then struck a mailbox, an electrical service box and a brick subdivision sign. Neal's vehicle finally struck a parked car in a grassy lot. He was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with life threatening injuries.

The M-P-D's Fatal Accident Crash Team or FACT is investigating the crash.
