Strong Armed Robbery at Local Apartment Complex

There was a strong armed robbery at College Point Apartments on Thursday night in Murfreesboro. The victim, who is a 26-year old man that attends MTSU, told responding officers that he was jumped by a 6-foot tall black male with a stocky build near the C building.  The subject was wearing a grey hoodie sweatshirt and his hair was cornrowed. The victim claims the culprit was demanding money while assaulting him. A bystander witnessed the attack, but could not give police a definitive description of the attacker.
