There was a robbery on the MTSU campus Tuesday afternoon. A student told police a male approached her, grabbed her iPhone from her hand and ran. The incident occurred at the Scarlett Commons Apartments on the campus.

Reports indicate the victim was not injured in the theft. The subject who robbed her of her cell phone was not armed.

The suspect was described as a black male, likely college age, standing 5’3”. So far, he has not been caught.
