We have yet another shoplifting story to bring your way... A 22-year old man in Murfreesboro is accused of filling up grocery bags with food and then walking out of the store. The incident occurred at Walmart on South Rutherford Boulevard Monday.

When police arrived, they observed security video footage that showed Benjamin Tankard reportedly stealing $138 in groceries and then exiting the store.

An arrest was not made due to the value of the theft, but a misdemeanor citation was issued and the Tankard was “trespassed from Walmart.” In other words, he is not allowed back in Walmart for the time being.
