28 Year old Alvin Higgs who was arrested last September will be in court on Monday (5/22/17) in Rutherford County. Higgs is facing Sexual Battery by an Authority Figure, Solicitation of a Minor and Aggravated Statutory Rape Charges in Murfreesboro.

The suspect, who has past convictions in Memphis, Tennessee for attempted second degree murder, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment, is being held in the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center.

More details of the case will be released in court. Higgs was originally arrested on a sealed indictment.
