A man who has been working in Murfreesboro since the 9th of October has been arrested for failing to follow the Sex Offender Registry guidelines. 36-year old Erick E. Quinlin evidently headed to Murfreesboro from Wisconsin and failed to register his change of address as required by law. He was arrested after police pulled him over for a broken taillight.

Police confirmed that Quinlin had been in Murfreesboro since October 9th by speaking to his employer, a landscaping company. When arrested, the official police report shows that he admitted to living in The Murfreesboro Motel for the past month without registering as a sex offender.

In 1999, Quinlin was charged with "Lewd and Lascivious Behavior." According to Wisconsin law, a person can be found guilty of such a charge if they commit an indecent act of sexual gratification with another with knowledge that they are in the presence of others; or if they publicly and indecently exposes their genitals.
