Suspect Impersonates a Federal Officer in Road Rage Incident

Murfreesboro Police are looking for a man who impersonated a federal officer during a road rage incident. The victim reported last Friday around 12:15pm he was approaching the intersection of Fortress Boulevard and Blaze Drive. That's when a black vehicle started tailgating him.

The suspect vehicle then passed him in the median and flipped him off. The victim then followed the vehicle to Franklin Road in order to obtain a license plate number. The suspect then pulled into a nearby subdivision.

That's when the suspect vehicle pulled along side the victim and said he was a federal agent and was carrying. He added following people is also a good way to get killed.

The suspect is described as a light skinned male with a shaved head, facial hair and around 30-years old. The victim was able to get a tag number and Murfreesboro Police are investigating.
