A Chattanooga teen who was added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's Top Ten Most Wanted fugitive list is now in custody. Deuntray Kellogg turned himself in to the custody of the Hamilton County Sheriff's Department tonight, with assistance from the Chattanooga Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Service.

Kellogg, 16, was wanted by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Chattanooga Police Department for Felony Murder, Especially Aggravated Robbery and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony. The charges stem from the shooting death of store owner Wonsik No during a robbery of his East Side Market on September 7th.
