An 18-year old Hunt Street resident has officially been indicted by the March Rutherford County Grand Jury and will now  face attempted murder and felony reckless endangerment charges. Apollo Shondale Cantrell  was picked up by police on Twin Oak Drive this past December. Apparently he had a warrant for his arrest. Police found out about his whereabouts because of a tip the police department received.

Cantrell will face the courts on Monday of next week for arraignment. His trial date is set for April 23, 2013.
