Teen to Face Aggravated Robbery Charge

Aggravated robbery is the charge that one teenager will face in court next month after being named a suspect in an investigation by the Murfreesboro Police Department. 18-Year old Monolito M. Benford-Wade was arrested by authorities after he was identified by the robbery victim. The aggravated robbery apparently occurred on South Rutherford Boulevard on November 11th.

According to Tennessee law, aggravated robbery is a robbery in which the victim is seriously harmed or the suspect displays a weapon while committing the crime. If a suspect is found guilty of aggravated robbery, the suspect could be sentenced to spend 3 to 15-years behind bars.
