U.S. Coast Guard using the Barrett .50
Mexican Special Forces using the Barrett .50

Local gun manufacture Barrett Firearms is offering the community a chance to visit and learn more about some of the rifles they produce. Barrett is the maker of the Barrett .50 caliber rifle used by special military forces around the world.

The two day course covers all 82 series rifles (M107, 82A1, 82A1CQ, and others).Upon successful completion of the course, each student is presented with Barrett Armorer certification which is valid for three years.

Barrett training courses are open to US Citizens, US Law Enforcement, US Military. Regulations only allow Barrett to provide training to foreign citizens with US State Department approval.
