Starting at 7 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 20, and going until the last items have been distributed, The Salvation Army of Murfreesboro and Rutherford County will distribute Angel Tree gifts to the 1,243 “Angels” (representing 600 families) registered to receive them this Christmas holiday season.

The distribution will take place in the gymnasium at The Salvation Army Corps facility, 1137 W. Main St., in Murfreesboro. It is located just off New Salem Highway (State Hwy. 99) and about one block from Old Fort Parkway.

Lt. Andy Seiler said he anticipates the gift distribution process going until 7 p.m., but could end earlier.
