A woman staying at the Best Value Inn called the police after receiving a knock on her hotel door after her father left to run an errand.

The 24-year old victim says that two men knocked on her door and she opened it wide enough to ask what they wanted. Upon opening the door she said the men tried to grope her after pushing their way into the room. Despite the said advances, she reportedly said that she was able to block the two men from touching her chest or between her legs.

The men eventually left the room and the female said she quickly closed the door and waited for her father to return. The father said that while he was in the room with the door ajar, a black male randomly entered the room and asked for a lighter. The victim quickly noticed that the man had just left with his electronic tablet. The victim confronted the subject who jumped into an older model Chevy truck and quickly sped away. The truck had a temp tag on the back.

It was later determined that a bottle of prescription medications were also stolen along with a wallet that was in the room. The suspect or possible suspects have not been caught.
