According to Coffee County Sheriff Investigator Jason Dendy, the thieves broke into between 10 and 15 residences in Coffee County.

The burglaries started in February and investigators got "to comparing notes on the burglaries," according to Dendy. They realized that the thefts were all similar in nature.

Sheriff Steve Graves stated that Dendy and the other investigators have put in many long hours on the investigation and said that working together is how they solved the burglaries.
