Surrounded by the Murfree Spring Wetlands, this third annual fine wine event and progressive wine tasting features 150+ exceptional local and crafted wines, fine whiskies, bourbons, Scotches, brandies and cigars, and locally sourced small bites. Fourteen wine stations with wine experts available at each station to provide information about each wine, and a mark-your-favorite Wine Guide, are provided to guests. Door prizes featuring wine and wine packages will be awarded.

"Wine at the Wetlands has become a community favorite. The moment guests walk through the doors, they can expect an elegant evening with an extensive selection provided by Charlie Patel at Stones River Total Beverage, the popular "Mark Your Favorites" wine guide, complimentary food from Mitchell Murfree at Five Senses, one on one time with local distributors and our Wine Ambassador of the evening, Tony Johnston, and of course the chance to win door prizes from local businesses," said Amy Stickel, Director of Marketing & Public Relations. "Wine at the Wetlands celebrates the 22 acres of protected wetlands that are located adjacent to Discovery Center. We invite everyone in the community to come out to Discovery Center on March 4 and join in on the fun"

Mitchell Murphree and Five Senses will provide small bites for guests that evening, with ingredients locally sourced. Proceeds from the event benefit Discovery Center's diverse programs and hands-on exhibits.
