We have additional news on a tow truck driver who allegedly gave the driver of a car arrested on a second DUI charge “Sensitive Information” that led to evidence being destroyed... Larry Wayne Alexander who was originally charged with “Conspiracy to Tamper with Evidence” was rearrested on a “Retaliation for Past Action” charge.

A second arrest report filed by Murfreesboro Officer T. Smith suggested that Alexander made a threat against him while awaiting bond in jail. He allegedly stated, “Better hope I don’t catch him out of uniform.” He also suggested that he would be suing Officer Smith.
