GIRLS: The Blackman Lady Blaze simply had no intentions of letting up on Tuesday evening. They dominated the Siegel Lady Stars, defeating them by a score of 49-32. Blackman shot 40% from the field, just under their season average. The difference in the ballgame was Siegel's costly 18 turnovers. Blackman was able to take advantage of the Siegel turnovers and keep the score out of reach. Alex Johnson had a game high 15 points for Blackman and Micah Norris followed that up with 9 points of her own. The losing Siegel Stars were lead in scoring by Erika Roberts 9 points and Paris Lawsons 7. Blackman's record improves to an impressive 23-1 overall with the win tonight and 8-1 in District 7-AAA. 

Boys: The Blackman Blaze defeated the Siegel Stars for the second time this year by a score of 56-49 to claim the District 7-AAA regular season Championship. Siegel managed to play exceptionally better than they did in the previous meeting between Blackman where they were defeated 82-49. In Tuesdays matchup  the Stars were only down by two after three quarters, but a 2/9 shooting performance in the fourth quarter doomed Siegel. Blackman was able to hold off their opponent as they move to 23-0 overall on the year and a perfect 9-0 in District 7-AAA.
