Unsuccessfully stealing two TV's from Sears landed two men in hot water on Tuesday in Murfreesboro. The alleged theft was reported at the Old Fort Parkway store inside the local mall.

According to a loss prevention worker in the store, he observed two men select two flat screen TV's and then leave the store without paying for them. When the loss prevention worker approached the men, the worker was able to place one of the two in custody. As a result, Travis Winton was arrested, but Eric Wilcox was said to have fled in a blue Pontiac with temporary tags. A warrant has since been filed for his arrest.
