Two Murfreesboro Suspects Arrested in Cadillac Escalade and Ford F-150 Theft Case

A 26-year old man who lives in the area of St. Andrews Drive was arrested on “Theft Over $10,000” charges this past week. David M. Fleming allegedly stole a Ford F-150, according to a Murfreesboro Police Arrest Report. Officer Garrison reported, “Mr. Fleming was located and found to be in possession of the keys to a stolen Ford F-150.” Fleming was caught at an address on St. Andrews Drive around 2:30 in the morning on the 18th.

In addition to Fleming being apprehended, a 33-year old suspect was also arrested for a similar theft at the same address. Police took Stephen M. Nigh into custody at the same time as Fleming. Nigh was found to be in possession of the keys to a stolen Cadillac Escalade. He too was charged with “Theft Over $10,000.”

The duo will appear in court this March.
