A man reportedly got more than he bargained for when he allegedly arraigned to meet a woman at Motel 6 for sex in exchange for money. The subject told police he made contact with 18 year old Alexia Love Croslin through an ad on BackPage.com. He then met with the woman at the Chaffin Place motel in Murfreesboro where she was said to have upped her price from $100 for one hour to $140.

According to a police report filed this past Sunday afternoon, Mobdaji Obayomi told officers the woman gave him 10-minutes of time and then a second female named Kelsey Ward entered the room and demanded he leave. Obayomi and Ward argued about him not getting a full hour with Croslin up until both females tried to push the man out of the room.

Authorities were called in the midst of the commotion and Obayomi says he was punched and almost struck with a chair. Officers asked to search his cell phone, which he agreed to, and police confirmed the ad on BackPage.com. As a result, Obayomi was charged with Patronizing Prostitution, according to an arrest report naming Croslin as a suspect in prostitution. Obayomi was not taken to jail as the charge was only a misdemeanor.

19 Year old Croslin was charged with Prostitution, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Tampering with Evidence and Simple Possession of a Schedule Six Drug. 18 Year old Kelsey Jeane Ward was charged with Possession of a Schedule Four Drug.

UPDATE:

WGNS later learned that on Tuesday (3/1/16), Murfreesboro Police were called to the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center to meet with Croslin. She told police that she was raped by the same man who was cited for the prostitution charge this past weekend. Croslin said the rape occurred in the parking lot of Red Roof Inn on Armory Drive in Murfreesboro prior to her being arrested at the Motel 6 on Chaffin Place.

Murfreesboro Police Sargent Kyle Evans told WGNS that prostitution is not a victimless crime...
