There's been a fourth arrest in a disturbing case of kidnapping. Thanath Sayadeth, age 41, of Portree Court, was arrested by police after they spotting a motorcycle he was thought to have been driving when warrants of especially aggravated kidnapping, extortion and criminal simulation were levied. NewsRadio WGNS previously reported 22-year old Devone T. Patterson, 26-year old Gerald Elder and 23-year old Paige Pope were arrested on the same charges. Sayadeth was arrested last Tuesday around 6:30pm.

Murfreesboro Police reports indicate a female victim was introduced on March 8th to a Laotian male named "Lucky," reportedly Sayadeth. After being introduced, she was punched in the face and her belongings taken. She told police she was then sent to the Super 8 on Chaffin Place then later to the Select Inn on South Church. The woman spent several days in captivity and was even handcuffed to the toilet for a time. At some point, she was taken to an unknown address on Center Point Drive, blindfolded and with something placed over her head. There, a towel was placed over her face while bleach was poured on her. The woman also reports being tased several times, a gun held to her head and beaten by multiple people on multiple occasions. Finally, on March 25th, her car and belongings were returned to her and she was allowed to go home.
