UPDATE: Attempted Kidnapping Suspect in Murfreesboro is Apparently On The Run

The Murfreesboro Police Department is looking for a person of interest in regards to an attempted kidnapping of a 14 year old that occurred July 24, 2013.  The M-P-D has released a photo of the suspect that has been posted to WGNSradio.com (above picture).

The suspect allegedly grabbed a 14 year old girl by the arm while she was walking to a friend's home on Bradyville Pike.  The suspect then tried to pull her towards his apartment.  A witness yelled for the suspect to stop.  The suspect took off on foot and left the area before police arrived.

An email from Sgt. Kyle Evans stated that the police department has exhausted all investigative leads in tracking the suspect down so they are asking the public to help locate him.  There is an "Attempted Kidnapping" warrant active for his arrest.

Subject has a stocky build, short (approximately 5’4’’), short black hair with Mohawk, multiple tattoos to include a star above heart with wings on right bicep area, cross on left bicep area and earring in left ear.  
 
Drives a Grey 2 door Toyota Celica (unknown year or tag) Active warrants are on file with RCSO
