Convicted murderer Charles Warner filed a motion for a new trial. Warner is the man who was convicted and sentenced for killing of homeless resident Emad Al Azraki in Murfreesboro in 2014.
The motion was heard in Circuit Court before Judge David Bragg. After hearing the motion in regards to Warner asking for a new trial, Judge Bragg ruled his original conviction and sentencing will stand. 49 Year old Warner will be eligible for parole at age 106, if he lives to see that age in prison.
Warner is behind bars at the Northwest Correctional Complex in Tiptonville, Tennessee.
