Upon arrival, crews spotted smoke coming from Apt K. When they entered the apartment, the smoke was coming from a bedroom. The fire was quickly extinguished and the room was ventilated.
No injuries were associated with this incident. However, the residents will be displaced. Assistance was offered from the Red Cross.
The Fire Marshal's Office is on the scene investigating. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time. More information will be released as it becomes available.
