A "Safety Belt Checkpoint" has been scheduled for Tuesday the 17th in Rutherford County.

That safety belt checkpoint will be on St. Patrick's Day. Later that evening on Tuesday the 17th, a sobriety checkpoint will take place after 9 PM...
