On Friday, Murfreesboro Police informed WGNS that security at a New Orleans casino spotted the two via a security video.  According to investigators, both individuals appeared to be acting on their own free will and neither person appeared to be under duress.

Investigators believe that the two parked Roberts' SUV at a Murfreesboro greenway trailhead because it was a safe location to leave the vehicle.

WGNS confirmed that the case will remain open until law enforcement makes contact with the two so they can be removed from NCIC.
