We now know the name of a motorcyclist that died after colliding with a vehicle Sunday evening on South Church Street near I-24.

Sergeant Kyle Evans told NewsRadio WGNS Michael A. Serio, age 55, of Dusan Boulevard in Murfreesboro was transported to Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital where he later died from those injuries.

At 6:38 Sunday evening, Murfreesboro Police responded to this serious crash scene. 23-year old Shatera Y. Blue of Jackson, Tennessee, was driving the vehicle involved, but was uninjured.

The Fatal Accident Crash Team continues to investigate.
