As a result of the ongoing investigation, Lesean Janell Savage and Kyle Fugett, both age 20; along with 23-year old Chasitie Smith were interviewed as possible suspects and subsequently charged with 1st degree murder for their involvement in the death of Mr. Biddle. After 20 year old Albert Mustapha was released from the hospital, he too was arrested and charged with 1st degree murder.
