A 29 year old Pennsylvania man who was arrested this past February after allegedly driving to Murfreesboro to have sex with a child will be in court on August 15, 2016.

Looking back, the parents of the 15-year old victim told police they caught her sneaking back into their home on the morning of Valentine's Day. The parents of the teenage girl then called the police and Detective Tommy Roberts wrote in a report, "Evidence showed that the girl had been at the Jackson Motel with an older man."

Police went to the motel room where the teen had allegedly been and made contact with Bradly Difrischia who answered the door. Detectives questioned the out of state man about the accusation of him being with the teen.

The suspect told police he met the girl during an online game called "Summoners War." The two then started talking to one another through an app called Kik. Difrischia then made arrangements to visit Murfreesboro where he reportedly picked the child up and then took her to the motel on Broad Street. The two then engaged in multiple sexual acts which led to three charges of "Aggravated Statutory Rape." He was also charged with Especially Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.

As the case was being investigated, it was revealed that the suspect knowingly had Hepatitis C. Police later lodged charges of "Criminal Exposure to HCV" against the Pennsylvania man. In Tennessee, it is a crime for a person who has an STD to expose another person to the disease.

The 29 year old Pennsylvania man is currently being held in the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center. He has been appointed a public defender to represent him in court.
