A massive search for a teenager ended in La Vergne around 1:30 Wednesday afternoon after a special needs La Vergne High School student went missing. Police Chief Mike Walker said 16-year old Leticia Diaz was considered endangered because of the existing and incoming weather.

La Vergne Public Information Officer Kathy Tyson notified WGNS at 1:39 Wednesday afternoon that Diaz was found safe and unharmed. Details of what occurred have not been released.
