UPDATE: Smyrna Police Want to Know if You Recognize These Alleged Thieves?

The Smyrna Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance for a second time in the past week in a case that is quite similar to one that was reported on July 29th (previous case below).

In the more recent case, the theft was reported on August 13th in the area of Sam Ridley Parkway and Fitzhugh Boulevard. A man and a woman allegedly took a purse form inside a vehicle.

After the duo got the purse they reportedly went to several different stores and made multiple purchases with stolen credit cards. A picture of the minivan the two were said to be in has been posted on WGNSradio.com (above, keyword: Smyrna thieves.).

Previously Reported Case:

The Smyrna Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying two thieves. On July 29, 2013, a black male and black female stole a wallet from the Washboard Laundry which is located on Hazelwood Drive in Smyrna. These individuals then went to the Wal-Mart in Smyrna and the Home Depot Fuel Station in Smyrna and made several purchases with stolen credit cards. These individuals got fuel in two different vehicles (see pictures below).
