The police reports have stopped funneling into the Murfreesboro Police Department in regards to Nashville Motor Cars.

Almost exactly one year ago today, the used car dealer that was located on Broad Street across from the Stones River Country Club closed and all of the cars on their lot went missing overnight. A day later, Murfreesboro Police started receiving phone calls about high dollar trade-ins that were never paid off and luxury cars that were on consignment were reported as stolen.

Last year, the Tennessee Motor Vehicle Commission revoked the dealer's license, but victims of the dealer still want to know if charges have been field against the man who was listed as the president of Nashville Motor Cars. That man... Randy Roth.

While police are not answering questions about the dealer at this time, we did talk to Terri Page with the Better Business Bureau. Page stated..

Over 50 police reports have been filed since the closing of the car dealer in 2015, but still no arrests have been made.

UPDATE: WGNS spoke to David Bowling with the United States Attorney's office and he told us that he could not confirm nor deny a federal case involving Randy Roth or Nashville Motor Cars. The conversation took place on Thursday (6/7/16). The U.S. Attorney's Office works under the arm of the U.S. Department of Justice. Mr. Bowling did tell us that it is common for federal officials to not discuss any case, especially cases that are at the Federal Level and/or in the pre-indictment stages, with the media or general public.

Public records show that Roth is currently living in Smyrna, Tennessee.
