Here's an update on the SUV versus tree crash that occurred at 8:40 Sunday morning on East Jefferson Pike near Dunaway Chapel.

Tennessee Highway Patrol Sergeant Bill Miller reports that Meredith Zlotky of Murfreesboro was driving along highway 266 and reportedly swerved to avoid hitting an animal. At that point the Suzuki XL7 sport utility vehicle left the road and the front and passenger side of the vehicle slammed into a tree.
