UPDATE: Suspects Accused of Being Involved in Prescription Fraud for Bar Tab

Police have released the names of all four suspects who were accused of prescription fraud. The charges stem from allegedly using stolen prescriptions in exchange for paying bar tabs in area bars. The prescriptions were supposedly obtained by former medical assistant Kelli Ann Aparicio when she worked at a local medical office. Aparicio was served a warrant for 8-counts of prescription fraud and 2-counts of I.D. theft.

Also served warrants in connection with the case were Eric E. Turner, Ashley M. Tucker and Martha K. Murphy. Both Murphy and Turner were charged with one count of prescription fraud and Tucker face three counts of prescription fraud.

All four will appear in general sessions court on December 10th.
