The 13.1-mile course starts and stops at MTSU's Dean Hayes Track and Soccer Stadium and the course is around the beautiful flat and tree-lined Murfreesboro historic district. PrintA proposed law that would allow persons 21 and older to ride a motorcycle in Tennessee without a helmet (House Bill 2661) will be discussed by lawmakers on Tuesday. The House bill and the companion bill in the Senate (SB 2541) were before the Transportation Subcommittee last week where it was deferred until Tuesday.
