At least one person has been apprehended after allegedly robbing a local waitress Thanksgiving night. The 23-year old victim told police a man put a gun in her face as she was attempting to park at a Hazelwood Drive apartment complex. The incident was reported 10:45, Thanksgiving night in Murfreesboro.

Police say they pulled over 24-year old Terry Vanderpool and 24-year old Rubecel Flores minutes after the crime unfolded. Officers found a gun in the car and ended up charging both with “Aggravated Robbery.” As of Tuesday morning, both were still behind bars. The two men will appear in court in January.
