Veterans Day Parade in Murfreesboro November 12th

Tennessee Valley Healthcare System is gearing up for its Third Annual Veterans Day Parade at the main administration building on the beautiful Alvin C. York campus, 3400 Lebanon Pike.

Pre parade entertainment begins at 10:00 o'clock. The Tennessee Air National Guard "Band of the South" will perform on stage after the Presentation of Colors. The Parade will step off at precisely 11:00AM.

The theme of this year's parade at the York Campus is "A Grateful Nation Salutes Vietnam Veterans".

Many groups have signed up to participate, such as: VA TVHS Community Living Centers, Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association, Al Menah Shriners, Tennessee Air National Guard, local high school Junior ROTC members, car clubs, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, and WGNS' Bart Walker will emcee the parade for those watching at the main administration building.

There will be food vendors serving BBQ sandwiches, fried pies and other goodies.

Come out and join the fun and excitement as we honor our Vietnam Veterans and all Veterans.

This event is free and open to the public.
