WHAT OBSTACLES? Autistic and Blind 12-Year Old to Sing Before World Outreach Church

Twelve-year-old, YouTube sensation Christopher Duffley, who is blind and has autism, is preparing for the release of his debut album with a series of performances this weekend throughout Middle Tennessee. Christopher, whose CD, Eyes Of My Heart, will hit the streets Tuesday, October 22, will perform during services Saturday and Sunday at World Outreach Church in Murfreesboro, Tenn. He also will be featured at a fundraiser for the Murfreesboro Crisis Pregnancy Center on Monday, October 21. 

Christopher, who is garnering attention throughout the U.S. for his remarkable talent, will perform the inspirational and patriotic songs from his CD at the various concerts.

Specific times for the World Outreach Church services are 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday, 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Sunday. A special concert, featuring Christopher and the WOW Choir, directed by Christopher's producer, Steven V. Taylor (Kirk Franklin, Natalie Grant, Michael W. Smith), will be held at 6 p.m. Sunday, followed by a private reception honoring Christopher and his family, who have traveled to Tennessee from their home in New Hampshire.
