VERBATIM:  The lawmaker who cast a deciding vote against a bill seeking to allow supermarket wine sales in Tennessee says he's willing to reconsider the measure next session. State Rep. Matthew Hill's comments come a day after Senate Speaker Ron Ramsey described the bill's failure in the House earlier this year a "debacle."
