Woman Accused of Leaving Sister In Shed in Court Now

Tracy Carmen Thacker, who is charged with reckless endangerment and two counts of willful neglect and abuse, has now been charged with kidnapping. Thacker is the woman accused of locking her sister in a burned out shed located behind her house in Beech Grove. An additional charge of aggravated kidnapping was added to charges Thursday before her appearance in Coffee County General Sessions Court. During the preliminary hearing investigator Danny Ferrell testified that while conducting a criminal history on Thacker he found that she has 7 aliases and 4 social security numbers. Her bond of $400,000 was lowered to $200,000. Thacker is to return to court on January 12.
