We have another shoplifting story to bring you up to date on and this one involves children. At Kohl's Department Store in Murfreesboro, a woman entered the store and allegedly stole over $500 in clothing. The suspect reportedly had three young children with her at the time of the theft.

The loss prevention worker at Kohl's told responding police that he noticed Samantha Clem enter a dressing room with the three children. When she left the dressing room, her large purse was said to be even larger. The woman then left the store without paying for the items that were believed to be inside of her purse. Clem allegedly stole shoes, jewelry and multiple clothing items.

A relative of the children was called to the scene to care for the kids while 25-year old Clem was hauled to the local jail on the New Salem Highway. She is currently free on bond.
