Sankey was arrested on a conspiracy charge after the pat down. She told us that she was with a group of people who were accused of using forged prescriptions at Walgreens on Mercury Boulevard. After the incident she filed a complaint with Internal Affairs at the police department.Major Clyde Adkison at the police department confirmed that Sankey filed a complaint on Thursday, but could not elaborate on the details of the investigation.

She believes the Walgreens security cameras in the parking lot caught the pat down on tape. She is now working with an attorney out of Chattanooga by the name of Robin Flores to get a copy of that video. Sankey says that she hired a lawyer in Chattanooga because she did not want one from Murfreesboro who may have a conflict of interest with the police department.
