The reported incidents that led to the original charges were said to have taken place in year 2002 when the two juvenile victims lived with the suspect in Rutherford County on South Kings Highway in Murfreesboro. The two children were ages 21 and 15 when they came forward and filed the charges against Montgomery. At the time of the reported crime, the victims would have been 11 and 5-years of age and Montgomery was about 40. Today, the children are 23 and 17-years old.

WGNS was told that Montgomery did not actually face the current allegations until 2012 when she was arrested in Portland, Oregon and transported back to Murfreesboro where the charges were filed.

Again, she will be in prison until she is about 90.
