Murfreesboro Police responded to a local Japanese restaurant on Old Fort Parkway in regards to a sexual harassment complaint. However, it's not what you're thinking.

The victim's husband called the police after the hibachi chef did his cooking routine and utilized a small plastic figure. The toy figure has plastic pants that when pulled down, squirt water out of the device as if it is urinating. However, the figure is only filled with water.

The victim told WGNS' Scott Walker...

According to the police report filed on Monday evening around 9, "The server took out a toy figure of a person and pulled down the pants and shot water at [the victim]. [The victim's husband] stated the toy figure had a penis and his wife felt sexually assaulted." However, when police inspected the toy it only had a small hole where the water is shot out as the pants are pulled down. There were no anatomically correct markings of any kind on the toy.

When police told the victim that the toy was not anatomically correct, she told the officer that she was assaulted by the toy which shot water at her.

No charges have been filed.

On a side note, this is the first time that a complaint has been field at the Japanese eatery and the small plastic toy has been used as a gag for several years.
