A Nashville woman with a distinct "Daddy's Princess" tattoo on the base of her neck was arrested on a single charge of "Promoting Prostitution" the day after Christmas in Murfreesboro. 22-Year old Trishta M. Daniels evidently admitted to police that she was a self-employed prostitute prior to being arrested in Rutherford County.

Daniels was taken into custody at America's Best Value Inn and Suites on South Church Street near the I-24 interchange. Murfreesboro Police questioned Daniels on the first floor of the hotel after locating an ad for her on Backpage.com. Officers asked the woman if the ad was in fact hers and she stated that it was. The Nashville woman said that she had been posting similar ads for the past 8-months.

Daniels evidently started prostituting at the age of only 18 and told police that prostitution is the only work that she has ever done. Prior to working in Tennessee, the young woman worked in Arizona and actually worked under a pimp, according to the records on file at the MPD. To make the situation even more sad, the woman told police that her pimp would assault her on a regular basis, so she fled the area to get away from him. She eventually ended up in Tennessee and continued to work as an escort.

A Google search of the phone number that Daniels used in her backpage.com ad shows that she was tied to multiple websites promoting prostitution.

The story hit a brick wall of reality when it was learned that the 22-year old has a 2-year old child. The child was at a day care facility and the Department of Children Services responded to the day care and took custody of the child. The child was later released to a friend.

The young mother will appear in a Rutherford County Courtroom in February.
