Rutherford County Property Assessor Rob Mitchell reports his office received no findings after an audit by the Tennessee Department of Property Assessments. Mitchell tells NewsRadio WGNS his staff is doing a tremendous job maintaining the highest standards. He adds they're achieving this with a cost per parcel four-dollars under the national average.
