The team at PropertyShark has just released the top 10 most expensive homes on the market in Tennessee right now, and they range in price from $8.9 million to $18.5 million.

A property on Mooreland Lane in Murfreesboro ranks 10th most expensive, with an asking price of $8.9 million after having been originally listed for $11.9 million.

As for the most expensive home on the market, it is located in Franklin and quite famous for being currently owned by country music stars Faith Hill and Tim McGraw.

Three homes from Nashville rank in the top, the highest on the 5th spot. The list is actually dominated by the Nashville Metro Area since Franklin makes 3 appearances on the list and Arrington and Murfreesboro also have one home each in the top 10.
