2020 Blackman Community Club Scholarship Winners

The Blackman Community Club has awarded two scholarships to local high school graduates.

This year's recipients of 750-dollar scholarships are Jacob Reed of Blackman High School and Morgan Herring from Stewarts Creek High School.

Reed is the son of Ken and Lori Reed. He is attending Freed-Hardeman University and will be majoring in Education.

Herring is the daughter of Jason and Lori Herring. She is attending University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and will be majoring in Physical Therapy.

The Blackman Community Club honors one graduating senior of Stewarts Creek High School and Blackman High School with a $750 scholarship to be used towards a university, college, or technical school to further their education. They also consider those students who have completed a home school curriculum, seniors who attend Central Magnet school or a Christian based schooling who live in the Blackman Community.
