Imagine waking up to someone wearing a mask and uttering the words, "Kiss your husband goodbye." A local woman who lives on South Rutherford Boulevard told police in Murfreesboro that she was awakened by a masked man who broke into her house around 6 in the morning.

After the suspect stated to the victim, "Kiss your husband goodbye," he grabbed several valuables and dashed out of the home. Police found a man by the name of Jimmy Moody nearby and brought him in for questioning. Moody was later released. Several hours later Moody was pulled over. Low and behold the first hunch by detectives was dead on. Officer Rea noticed several items that were stolen from the victims' home in the vehicle Moody was driving.

Police did not let Moody walk away this time. The 30-year old man was arrested and charged with Aggravated Burglary, Aggravated Robbery, Theft over $1,000, Destruction of Evidence and with Driving on a Revoked License for the 6th time. Evidently, his involvement in the burglary was more than obvious. In the backseat of the Mustang he was driving police found two small jewelry safes that were allegedly stolen from the home of the victim.

Moody remains behind bars under an $84,000 bond. His court date has been set for October 20, 2014. By the way, the Mustang he was driving was released to the rightful owner who told police she knew about the burglary because he told her about it.
